Charge hourly rate. If you are a student, I suggest $10-$20, based on the quality of your portfolio. I hired graphic designers from Parsons and Pratt for $15/hr. If you have experience with big studios and ad agencies with a very strong portfolio, $25+. You can also go on craiglists to see how much people charge and how much people are willing to pay around here.
